As we turn the calendar to July, I find myself in a rare moment of pause—because this month is shaping up to be one of the busiest Julys in the history of our company. And that’s not something I take lightly.
In this line of work—auctioneering, real estate, serving sellers and buyers—it’s easy to get caught up in the pace. There’s always another deal, another deadline, another challenge to conquer. But I want to take a moment to acknowledge something important: we don’t have this kind of momentum without trust.
Confidence and trust from sellers who have faith in the effectiveness of our work. Confidence and trust from buyers who participate actively, place strong bids, and finalize transactions.
Confidence and trust from attorneys, realtors, and advisor partners who back us with referrals.
We’re not owed any of this. Every opportunity is earned. Every client is a choice—and when they choose us, that’s a responsibility we don’t take for granted.
This July its already hot, we’re seeing more listings, more closings, and more energy than ever. But that doesn’t mean we coast. If anything, it’s the opposite. We work harder. We communicate more clearly. We execute with sharper precision. Because when people put their property, their money, and their trust in our hands, it’s not enough to just be good—we have to be great.
We have to prove, every single day, that choosing us was the smartest move they could’ve made.
I’m proud of how far we’ve come, but I’m even more excited about where we’re headed. Our team is strong. Our systems are dialed in. Our passion is on full blast.
So to everyone who’s been part of this journey—clients, staff, mentors, and even the competitors who keep us sharp—thank you.
