All prospective bidders will need to place a $25,000 Bid Deposit with James R. Cash Auctions in order to bid (Bank Wire or Cashier Check). The Bid Deposit will be applied to the earnest money deposit of $500,000 for the winning bidder. (Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded their $25,000 within 48 hours).
Proof of funds required within 24 hours of completion of the Purchase Agreement. The balance shall be due in full within 45 days & upon court confirmation. Property to be conveyed by a Clerk's Deed.
